Registration Requirements:

• Each Post can only register 10 Cadets and 2 Advisors Max (unless 3rd Advisor required) during early registration period from February 15 to March 22nd
• After March 22nd, registration is open to everyone until 125 people has been reached
• After registration has reached 125 people, a waiting list will be created in the order received
• Adult Advisor(s) must accompany Cadets/Explorers to retreat
• Female Advisors must accompany female Cadets/Explorers (unless approved prior to event)
• Fee includes all meals, activities, and housing
• Registration must be paid in full to hold a spot at the retreat
