Registration Requirements:

• Each Post can only register 10 Cadets and 2 Advisors Max (unless 3rd Advisor required) during early registration period until March 21st.
• After March 21st , registration is open to everyone until 125 people has been reached.
• After registration has reached 125 people, a waiting list will be created in the order received.
• Adult Advisor(s) must accompany Cadets/Explorers to retreat.
• Female Advisors must accompany female Cadets/Explorers (unless approved prior to event).
• Fee includes all meals, activities, and housing.
• Registration must be paid in full to hold a spot at the retreat.
• Registrations are not refundable, but substitutions are allowed.
• Dogs are not allowed at the retreat per agreement.
