Join us for a Conference that brings together Fire Chiefs, Chief Officers and any Fire Service professionals who hold leadership roles or wish to advance their career in leadership roles! FFCA’s Executive Development Conference is structured to bring together executive and management level discussions by hosting speakers and topics that are at the forefront of concern for Fire Service leaders. This program aims to give the participants a more expansive view of Fire Service issues, their role as leaders to influence the future of their department and the industry, and to help build and enhance your leadership skills.

When you register for EDC, a full registration to the conference includes access to various networking events plus it includes a guest pass for a spouse/partner. This event fosters the concept of the "fire family" and encourages participants to connect and share ideas with one another so together, we can make the Fire Service better than we left it.

Vendor opportunities at this event are available primarily through sponsorship and include a vendor showcase of 6' tables taking place on Saturday. The showcase concludes with a Vendor Reception.  Opportunities are available to exhibit exclusively at the Vendor Reception, which features cocktail rounds.  A sponsorship prospectus and registration details will be posted here once available.
