PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Email address below should be that of the attendee. If you are registering on behalf of the attendee, please check the box below and provide your information as the contact. Both the attendee and contact will receive email confirmations.
  • You may register more than one individual on a single registration by clicking "Add Another Person" when prompted. You may add another department member or a Spouse/Partner Program registration with this method.
  • Each registration produces a separate receipt/invoice. We highly recommend creating a separate registration if you intend on using two different payment methods.
  • Please fill out the registration as completely as possible so we have the most accurate information for name badges and to contact the individual if needed.
