2022 FFCA GUEST PROGRAM OF EVENTS
It’s time to prepare for some fun and fellowship at the FFCA Summer Conference at the beautiful NAPLES GRANDE BEACH RESORT
Please read all the information below carefully.
As the FFCA continues to be responsible with our limited resources, we ask that you PLEASE PRE- REGISTER for the Guest Program. Please don’t wait until you get there to register. We hate to have to pay the very high cost of food, drink, and materials that may go unused, or find that we don’t have enough for everyone. Your cooperation in this is very important and valuable.

If you are an Alumni, a first-time attendee, a guest, or have been to the conference before but not participated - FFCA welcomes you. We encourage you to join this unique group as we relax and enjoy our time together.
Be sure to check out the tools available to help you navigate conference activities. You have several options for how to stay connected and informed. Various links are provided below.
- Click HERE for a preview of the Naples Grande Resort
- The “FFCA EVENTS” interactive app can be downloaded from your providers app store and will be activated with new conferences information as time draws closer. Also, there will be a QR code available on all signage at the conference. Join to keep up with the latest scheduling, event locations, descriptions and information. You will also be able to rate events in the app.
- If you are on FACEBOOK, you may wish to join our Facebook page. Here is the link for FFCA FIRE FAMILY https://www.facebook.com/groups/ffcafirefamily stay connected during the conference and from time to time in between, but are not intrusive.
- RESORT SPA OFFERINGS for FFCA. Naples Grande is offering 15% off individual spa services plus a complementary “enhancement” service if you book two or more spa services. Once you arrive at the resort be sure to pick up an ACTIVITES schedule. Here you will find a listing of all “included” daily resort activities for children and adults.

BUNCO MEET and GREET
7/16 - SATURDAY 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM
$5 Cash Entry
(Each person brings 5 One Dollar bills. This will make up the “pot”) There will be 5 winners.)
Calling all guests. It’s that time to have fun getting reacquainted as we kick off this week’s activities. Come join us as we learn a fast-paced dice game which will move us among each other and give us opportunity for many laughs.
CREATIVE CRAFTING
7/17 - SUNDAY 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Whether you feel you are “crafty” or not, our very own Craft Queen, Debbie Greek is preparing an activity that is sure to bring out the unique creativity in each of us. We are always amazed at how talented we find ourselves as Debbie leads us, step by step, to create our own masterpiece to take home and enjoy.
WHITE ELEPHANT EXCHANGE **(see note below for participation)
7/18 - MONDAY 9:00 AM - NOON
Well, what can one say about this legendary, traditional FFCA Guest event? Annually, this is our most well attended event, and there is good reason for it’s popularity.
We will start the morning with a scrumptious buffet breakfast prepared especially for pre-game warm-up. Once the dishes are safely removed… Let the games begin! Come prepared to “relocate” gifts and revel in the fun and laughs of this event.
** Please bring a nice gift (in the neighborhood of $35-$40), wrap it up, and get ready to have some fun!
